We provide a full line of Chef-made food products to suit your menu from casual coffee shops to busy sandwich bars to fine dining restaurants. We offer products for every course, from Unique Starters through Decadent Desserts. All our products are produced from scratch, to the highest standard, in our purpose-built-HAACP facility in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
We use only the very best ingredients and, whenever possible, we source locally. We use only Irish Meats and Dairy to ensure High Quality and Complete Traceability. All our Handmade Foods are all-natural, and contain no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
We bake from original recipes not from chemical formulas, and you can taste the difference.

Founder and Managing Director: After earning her Culinary Degree in 1991, Elissa worked as a Chef in Chicago for 12 years. She gained experience in a full range of catering establishments from Gourmet Delis to Downtown Cafes to Fine-Dining Restaurants. From 2001 to 2003 she worked as the Product Development Chef for Flying Food Group, a large company supplying Sandwiches and Take Away Entrees to major US Coffee Shop, Grocery, and Convenience Store chains. When Elissa and her family returned to Ireland, she saw a need for fresh-made, unique, preservative-free foods and over the past four years has developed a line of products to fill that need. |
